Support for MLE in Cambodia

Carol Benson has been involved in supporting MLE in northeastern Cambodia for over a decade. Since 2014 she has conducted ongoing research with TC students in collaboration with CARE International and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. TC and CARE have signed an MOU and plan to continue collaborating with Cambodian scholars on MLE teacher professional development. TC student interns have also supported a Bunong Indigenous community organization in Mondulkiri Province.

The most recent work involves support for a new MLE curriculum aligned with national curriculum guidelines, along with collaboration on preservice teacher training.
